YES we have month to month rental available.  1 month minimum.

YES, it is called our Renters Bonus Program. Pay for 6 months upfront and receive an additional 15 rental days FREE or pay for 12 months upfront and receive an additional 30 rental days FREE. Plus both lock in your rental rate for the time period chosen.  Many renters take advantage of this program as it can be started anytime. 

3 sizes at our Northwest Storage location: 10'w x 5' deep, 10'w x 11' deep, and 10'w x 17' deep.

5 sizes at our Safe-N-Secure Storage location: 6'w x 10' deep, 10'w x 10' deep, 10'w x 20' deep, 10'w x 24' deep, and 10'w x 30' deep

24/7 video surveillance, fenced in property, and on-site management help with the safety and security of your belongings.  

NO, our storage units have insulated roofs but are not climate controlled.  Obviously it depends on what you are storing but having been in the business 23+ years we have found most renters prefer not to have climate control as they want to keep their monthly rental cost lower.

There is a security fence around the facility and the gate is open daily from approx. 7:30am to 9pm 365 days a year.  If a Renter needs availability outside these hours then contact Scott Thamert (owner) 507-536-4536 cell# to make arrangements or email info@northweststorage.net

No as we use the outdoor space for snow placement.  Best to contact Gary or Scott at Rochester Sign Service 507-287-6500 as they are located behind our Safe-N-Secure Storage location.  Gary has space on his property for outside storage. 

Yes, here are the requirements: 

1. Only working gas or gas/hybrid vehicles may be stored at Northwest Storage, LLC. 
2. A copy of the vehicle's title and current insurance is required at the time of lease signing.
3. Renter must supply a plastic non holed or ripped tarp to cover floor under entire space of vehicle
4. Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles cannot be stored at our facility.
5. NO storing or parking of electric vehicles permitted inside any part of a storage unit at Northwest Storage, LLC. at any time.  These vehicles include, but not limited to, cars, trucks, motorcycles, bikes, boats, and/or scooters.  Basically, if you plug it in to make it go – don’t store it at Northwest Storage, LLC. 

Yes - and it's FREE!  Based on availability but generally have bubble cushioning, peanuts, foam that renters can use to protect their valuables when storing/moving for FREE!  

For those selling/shipping on online platforms, protect your shipments with free packing material - with the cost of packing material, it's worth the cost of renting to get the free packing materials.
